1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Cookies are used for various purposes: technical, statistical analysis, personalisation, marketing.
Pursuant to the provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 10 June 2021, cookies are divided into technical (do not require consent) and non-technical / profiling (require prior explicit consent).

All cookies listed above have the Secure (in production HTTPS), HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax security attributes to reduce the risks of interception, XSS and CSRF.

The user can manage cookie preferences directly from their browser at any time. Disabling technical cookies, however, may make it impossible to access some features of the portal (in particular the reserved areas).

The portal can integrate contents of third party services (e.g. Leaflet interactive maps with OpenStreetMap tiles). These services do not use cookies but may collect aggregate information on usage (e.g. IP to serve maps).
Any server-side application error monitoring tools (e.g. Sentry) operate without cookies and with PII anonymization by default.

This information may be updated in the event of technical or regulatory changes. The user is invited to consult it periodically. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the page.
